Take 10-12 minutes (5-6 sets) to build to a heavy single

- Rest as needed between sets

Box Jump:

- Complete box jumps, building to a max height box jump, in between bench press sets, rest as needed between sets


Conditioning:

300/250m Row

15 Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
