3 Sets X 3 Reps @ 85% of 1RM

3 Sets X 3 Reps @ 90% of 1RM

Then, Into...

3 Sets X 14-16 Reps:

Bulgarian Split Squats

Pistol Squats

(7-8 Reps Each Leg, Work on Pistol Variants/Mods)
