Take @ 35 Minutes to Complete -

3 Sets X 3 Reps @ 80% of 1RM

3 Sets X 3 Reps @ 85% of 1RM

3 Sets X 3 Reps @ 90% of 1RM

Then...

3 Sets X 12-14 Reps of:

KB Lunges

Pistol Squats (6-7 Reps Each Leg, Work on Pistol Variants/Modifications)
