Conditioning: Deck of Cards
Teams of 2, for time (no cap):
Hearts: Echo Bike Calories
Diamonds: Pushups
Spades: V-ups
Clubs: Goblet Squats
- Partner 1 works, partner 2 rests, then swap when Partner 1 finishes their card (movement & reps). Partner 2 flips their card and then starts their movement & reps. Continue in this fashion until team works thru all the cards in their deck. Face cards = 10 reps, Aces = 11 reps. Jokers = Coach's choice!
Group Ab Challenge:
Athletes will gather in a circle and hold a plank. Each athlete takes a number and counts to 100 from their number.
