- One partner works/one rests; working partner completes all their calories (50/40) then other partner completes all their calories... then partners move to the next set of calories completing in the same manner until finished

10 Double DB Prone Row (moderate weight)

10 Lying DB Hamstring Curl (moderate-light weight)

- Rest 1 minute b/t rounds
