Strength: Bench Press
Bench Press:
- Take 10-12 mins to build to a heavy single bench press
* Rest a little longer than normal between sets when you reach heavier weights
Conditioning:
AMRAP 10:
10 Double DB Bench Press (50s/35s)
5 Strict Pull Ups (Or 10 Ring Rows)
