- Build to a Heavy Single in the Front Squat Warm-up, Use That Load For All 7 Reps
- Rest 2-3 Minutes Between Each Set
Post-Workout Skill Work: 5 Sets 10 KB Side Bends, Each Side 1:00 Double KB Front-rack Hold
