Strength & Accessory:

Deadlift:

Take 10-12 minutes (5-6 sets) to build to a heavy single

- Rest as needed between sets

Strict Handstand Pushups (HSPUs):

- Complete strict HSPUs, building to a max rep set, in between deadlift sets, rest as needed between sets

- Max HSPU set may only take a few attempts, you do not need to continue them once you've hit a max rep set


Conditioning:

3 RFT:

24 Single Dumbbell Step Up (50/35)(20)

12 Burpees

6 Wall Walks
