Bench Press:

Take 10-12 mins to build to a heavy single rep

- Rest a little longer than normal between sets when you reach heavier weights


Conditioning:

3 RFT:

27 Air Squats

21 GHD Sit Ups (Or V-Ups)

15 Deficit Push Ups (4"/2" - men 45lb bumper plates/women 25lb bumper plates)

- Rest 3:00, then...

3 RFT:

27 Air Squats

21 Toes to bar

15 Push Ups
