3 Deadlifts

200 Meter Run

4 Deadlifts

200 Meter Run

5 Deadlifts

300 Meter Run

- Continue Adding One Rep to The Deadlifts Each Round, And 100 Meters to The Run Every Two Rounds Until Reaching 400 Meters, Then Every Run Will be 400 Meters Until Time Expires
