150' DB Front Rack Carry (50’s/35’s) 200 Meter Backward Run


* Handstand Walk Modifications:

1:00-1:30 Handstand Walk Attempt,

1:00 Handstand Hold,

5 Wall Walks,

30 Shoulder Taps in Pike, or

100' DB Overhead Carry
