Conditioning: "Chad"

For time: (45 min cap)

1000 weighted box step-ups RX - (35/45) (20")

or, if athletes have a vest (15/20) (20"), or can be

performed "slick" (unweighted) (20")

- Work with a partner to complete by time cap, partners work at the same time

- Choose a loading/box height that allows you to work for 30+ steps at a time before resting

- Aim for both partners to hit 11-12 step-ups per minute to hit 45:00 time goal

* This Hero WOD is named after Navy SEAL, Senior Chief Petty Officer Chad Wilkinson, who took his own life on October 29th, 2018
